Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional who will be responsible for executing various items under a Pinecrest PM. Primarily the candidate will support, learn, and help assist jobs once they are going into contract and breaking ground. This candidate will develop effective project management skills through the day-to-day operations on various active construction jobs. In this role the candidate will be able to interface and coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and other executives on multiple projects. This candidate will have the opportunity to assist in the development and execution of projects from the bidding phase to the job closeout.

Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and skilled professional who will be responsible for executing and managing various construction projects. In this role, the candidate will be required to run commercial projects and fulfill the needs of the company as a whole. The Superintendent will report directly to the General Superintendent & Project Managers.

DRywall Hanger, Framer and Finisher Position

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Stucco/Drywall/Finisher.

  • Excellent knowledge of Stucco/Drywall/Paint materials and how to select, mix and apply them.

  • Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction finishing techniques.

  • Aptitude in using appropriate tools.

  • Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.

  • Conscientious with great attention to detail.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

  • License/Certification: Driver's License (Mandatory)

Carpenter Position

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Cuts and shapes materials to specified measurements.

  • Uses various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.

  • Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels or framing squares; corrects problems as needed.

  • Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years construction experience

  • OSHA 10 Card

  • Ability to read blueprints a plus

  • Bi-lingual a plus

  • Metal framing experience preferred

  • Works well as part of a team

METAL BUILDING ERECTOR/CREW MEMBER

Responsibilities

  • Assemble pre-engineered metal buildings according to specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and hoisting equipment.

  • Metal roofing installation

  • Trim work

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in flying iron, sheeting roofs, and walls.

  • Self Storage Facilities experience a plus.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as part of a metal building erection crew or metal roof and siding installation crew is required for consideration.

  • References to verify experience are required.

  • Legal to work in U.S

  • OSHA 10hr Card
