Billy Lee is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, including 9 years with CORE Construction. He has extensive expertise in CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) projects and holds key safety certifications including OSHA-30. Billy has led or supported numerous high-profile projects across Nevada and California, including educational facilities, civic buildings, and community centers. His roles have spanned both Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent positions, with notable projects such as: South Tahoe Event Center($78M), Desert Skies Middle School($60.5M), Highlands High School Baseball & Softball Complex($11.5M), South Reno DMV($38.1M) & William O’Brien Middle School Replacement($71.2M)
